Hi there! I am Sarthak Chatterjee and this is where I live on the Internet.
I am an Associate Director of Data Science at Merck, where I am working with the Analytics Center of Excellence (ACE) within the Value & Implementation Global Medical and Scientific Affairs (V&I GMSA) Quantitative Sciences organization, focusing on extracting insights from oncology-specific datasets. Previously, I was a postdoctoral fellow with the Digital Clinical Measures (DCM) group within Translational Medicine, where my research was on the development of novel digital progression biomarkers for Parkinson's Disease.
I obtained my PhD from the ECSE department of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy NY where I was advised by Prof. Sérgio Pequito. Between 2015 to 2018, I was advised by Prof. Wencen Wu.
